Election of Officers
The following Resolutions were presented before the AGM
1. To ammend subsection 1.6:
Student Membership have use of all the facilities of the Club subject to upholding of the designated safety codes. They are eligible to vote at all ordinary and extraordinary general meetings as a full member of the club whilst the fee payable on membership is equivalent to that of a Regualr Country Member.
1.6a Returning Student - The period of Membership runs from the last week of the Summer Term and includes those times the student is down from University.
1.6b Term time Student - is payable Termly at a fee fixed by the committee, the payemt of three terms consecutively will make that student eligible for a fee period of membership over the summer break.
